Digital Operation Support | DE Digital Channels Individuals
Requirements: • Industrial Engineering, Computational Systems, Information Technologies, Business Administration, Computer Science, Business, or related fields. • Intermediate/advanced English (oral/written). • Knowledge in the digital banking segment. • Knowledge in banking operations and/or product processes.
Knowledge and Skills: • Advanced use of office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). • Knowledge of agile methodologies and process improvement. • Business continuity, supplier management, communication, and training. • Creative, proactive mindset with a high focus on results. • Ability to navigate complex environments, prioritize under pressure, and make autonomous decisions. • Experience working with design, development, and data teams. • Excellent communication, active client listening in digital channels. • Teamwork and synergy with teams. • Negotiation
Responsibilities: • Define and maintain the operational model for the digital channel, ensuring orderly transitions of projects to the rollout phase with all Domains. • Address escalated cases from central areas and assisted channels, regarding problems with customers in daily operations. • Execute non-impact tests and functional validations before changes in the digital channels. • Supervise daily operations, ensuring availability, stability, and functional monitoring. • Monitor social media and stores to identify customer feedback and act on remediation plans to improve NPS. • Carry out institutional communication of changes, incidents, or new functionalities to assisted channels and central areas. • Coordinate and execute digital functionality training to all the bank. • Address requirements from regulators (Banxico, CNBV, etc.), internal audit, and compliance areas. • Participate in business continuity tests and maintain resilient operation in case of contingencies. • Coordinate with external providers and global teams for the operation of solutions.
