The impact you will generate:

In our branch of MAR DE AJÓ (Buenos Aires Province) we are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Commercial) with a Temporary Contract (Fixed Term for 3 months). The purpose of the role is to accompany the commercial management of the branch, providing advice to customers and actively contributing to the achievement of commercial and customer satisfaction objectives.

We are redefining our way of working through innovation, state-of-the-art technology, collaboration, and the freedom to explore new ideas. In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Accompany the management of the branch in terms of achieving objectives and NPS.
• Provide advice to customers.
• Fulfill and collaborate with individual and branch commercial objectives.

The following requirements represent the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies for this position:

Professional experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions (commercial role) (Mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the sale of intangible products (Desirable)

Education:

• Complete tertiary / university studies or advanced studies in progress (Mandatory)

Languages:

• Minimum level of English required Basic (Elementary or A-1) (Desirable)

Technical skills (Hard skills):

• Intermediate knowledge of Office tools (especially Excel) (Desirable)
• Experience in handling tools and customer databases (CRM, Salesforce, etc.) (Desirable)

Interpersonal skills (Soft skills):

• Proactivity and autonomy (Mandatory)
• Result orientation from your capacity for resolution and management (Mandatory)
• Empathy and closeness with customers (Mandatory)
• Relationship skills and teamwork (Mandatory)
• Flexibility to adapt to the different environments and scenarios that the business presents (Mandatory)
