The Impact You Will Generate

Banca Privada Santander Chile is looking for a Banker based in the Metropolitan Region.

Mission: Manage and strengthen commercial and financial relationships with the main clients and economic groups of the country, offering professional and personalized advice in high-value investments and customized financing to ensure the profitability and growth of the portfolio.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Establishing durable and profitable commercial relationships with clients, creating a client-partner bond through personalized investment advice.
• Financially advising and executing investment strategies, presenting investment proposals to clients and economic groups (family offices or natural persons) with national and international options.
• Collaborating with International Private Banking to expand the value offer and align with corporate recommendations for Private Banking clients.
• Developing and executing plans to attract new clients from other business areas of the company, meeting the parameters of the Private Banking segment, creating a network of contacts and offering new products and investment options to current clients.

The following requirements represent the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies for this position:

• Professional experience: Minimum 2 years in financial industry companies. Previous experience in roles of attention or advice to high-net-worth clients (desirable).
• Education: Professional degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Languages: Intermediate to advanced English.
• Technical skills (Hard skills): CAMV certification (exclusive requirement). Solid knowledge of investment and financing products.
• Interpersonal skills (Soft skills): Customer and results orientation. High relational and communication capacity. Proactivity and strategic thinking.
