Santander Consumer Finance Global Services provides technological solutions and process services to the Santander Group's Consumer Finance business covering the end-to-end of technology, from architecture design, infrastructure management, development and integration of own and third-party maintenance applications and technological support and project management. In addition, we provide business consulting services, methodology and functional support.

The Difference You Make

Santander Consumer Global Services is looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist based out of Madrid.

We're shaping the way we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Identification of activities for the delivery and integration of different cybersecurity technologies.
  • Oversight in the implementation of protect measures in the different countries in the scope of SCF global.
  • Support in the consultancy activities to provide security in different SCF projects, focus mainly in application security.
  • Follow-up on the correct analysis of security incidents detected by the global SOC.
  • Support in response activities, when a cybersecurity event are detected. Forensic activities and procedures.
  • Oversight in the carrying out of Ethical Hacking tests and deployment of countermeasures to solve vulnerabilities detected. Follow-up of the vulnerability mitigation plan.
  • Identification and sharing of Best Practices and synergies for all Countries.
  • Technical knowledge in the implementation and monitoring of different security tools to improve security in the SCF Global environment.
  • Best practices, lessons learnt, and proposal for continuous improvement

Professional Experience

  • Experience in Oauth 2/SAML/OIDC. using the right grant types like authorization code, client credentials, JWT bearer and token exchange flows. (Required)
  • Experience working with cloud environments. (Required)
  • Experience in Agile processes and CI/CD pipelines. (Required)
  • Knowledge directory services systems (Entra ID, Active Directory, LDAPs…)
  • Knowledge in access control implementation and monitoring
  • Advanced experience in Networking and servers O.S system (Required)
  • Proficient understanding of APIs

Education

  • Computer Engineering / Computer Science or similar.

Languages

  • High level of English, at least, B2 + recommendation C1.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of security threats and misconfigurations.
  • Any cyber/network security or IT audit/risk management Certification is a plus: CISSP, CEH, ISACA (CISM/CSX/CISA) or similar.
  • Experience con Application Security.
  • Capable of working in a highly demanding and agile environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Team player.
  • Proactivity and work in multidisciplinary teams.
