The Santander Private Credit Financing team sits within the Securitized Products Group and provides customized financing solutions to private credit managers, including asset backed leverage facilities (ABLs), rated financing facilities, and private credit CLO warehouses and CLO structuring/execution. The candidate will assist in the structuring, execution, and monitoring of private credit financing transactions with Santander clients. The candidate will participate in the full lifecycle of deals, from origination to structuring and closing. The candidate should have strong communication skills, strong Microsoft office skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast faced environment that requires multi-tasking, high attention to detail, and close collaboration with internal teams, external constituents, and external clients.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Minimum: $202,500.00 USD
Maximum: $280,000.00 USD
