The Impact You Will Generate

In our General Roca Branch, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Commercial) based in General Roca (Río Negro Province). The purpose of the role is to support the commercial management of the Branch, providing advice to customers and actively contributing to the achievement of commercial and customer satisfaction objectives.

We are redefining the way we work through innovation, state-of-the-art technology, collaboration, and the freedom to explore new ideas. In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the management of the branch in terms of achieving objectives and NPS.

  • Providing advice to customers.

  • Meeting and collaborating with individual and branch commercial objectives.

The following requirements represent the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies for this position.

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 1 year experience in similar roles (commercial role) (Required)

  • Minimum 1 year experience in the sale of intangible products (Desirable)

Education

  • Completed tertiary / university studies or advanced studies in progress (Required)

Languages

  • Minimum level of English required Basic (Elementary or A-1) (Desirable)

Technical Skills (Hard Skills)

  • Intermediate handling of Office tools (especially Excel) (Desirable)

Interpersonal Skills (Soft Skills)

  • Proactivity and autonomy (Required)

  • Result orientation from your ability to resolve and manage (Required)

  • Empathy and closeness with customers (Required)

  • Relationship skills and teamwork (Required)

  • Flexibility to adapt to the different environments and scenarios that the business presents (Required)
