Job Description:

Milestone, if you will have:

  • Ability to communicate in English at a communicative level, enabling contact with foreign clients and help in choosing appropriate banking products.
  • Driving license category B.

Your tasks in this role:

  • Supporting clients in choosing the best banking products and services.
  • Providing professional service and the best experiences associated with a branch visit.
  • Offering and promoting banking products.
  • Carrying out individual and team sales tasks, for which we award monthly premiums at an attractive level.
  • Telephone and direct contact with customers.
  • Building long-term relationships with bank customers and acquiring new ones.
  • Daily handling of cash transactions (in cash offices) and non-cash transactions.
  • Working in accordance with applicable procedures and quality standards.

  • Employment contract (first for 7 months, with the possibility of concluding an indefinite-term contract after the implementation period).

How does the implementation and development look?

  • We won’t throw you into deep water. We have planned an implementation that will include an introduction to the organization, your business unit, and tasks.
  • The first training will last 6 months as part of the Academy of Development Power.
  • After 3 months, you will start implementing part of the sales plan and enter the premium system.
  • During the first months, we will show you our organizational culture and answer all your questions.
  • After the implementation period, you will start fully implementing sales plans.
