This position offers a contract for the first seven months, with the possibility of extending to an indefinite contract afterward. The role is based in the 4th Branch in Jelenia Góra, at Ul. Ogińskiego 1A, under the leadership of Wioletta Urbanowska.

- Have at least one year of banking experience and wish to develop in this sector,

- Fluency in English to communicate with international clients and assist in selecting appropriate banking products,

Your tasks in this role will include:
- Supporting clients in choosing the best banking products and services,
- Providing professional service and the best experiences during branch visits,
- Offering and promoting banking products,
- Achieving individual and team sales targets, for which we offer monthly attractive premiums,
- Engaging in telephone and direct client contact,
- Building long-term relationships with bank clients and acquiring new ones,
- Daily handling of cash and non-cash transactions (in cash offices),
- Working in accordance with applicable procedures and quality standards.
The bank will take care of:
- A contract (first for seven months, with the possibility of extending to an indefinite contract after the implementation period),

What is our implementation and development process like?
- We won’t throw you into the deep end. We have planned an implementation that includes your introduction to the organization and your business unit.
- The first training lasts six months within the Academy of Power Development.
- After three months, you will start implementing your sales plan and join the premium system.
- For the first month, we will show you our organizational culture and answer all your questions.
- After the implementation period, you will fully start implementing sales plans.
