Specialist Client Relations - 71 Branch in Warsaw

To have on your bank:

Your tasks in this role:

  • Supporting customers in choosing the best banking products and services
  • Providing professional service and the best experiences from visits to the branch
  • Offering and promoting banking products
  • Carrying out individual and team sales tasks, for which we give monthly premiums at an attractive level
  • Telephone and direct contact with customers
  • Building long-term relationships with bank customers and acquiring new ones
  • Daily handling of cash and non-cash transactions (in cash branches) and non-cash transactions
  • Working in accordance with the required procedures and quality standards

How will the implementation and development look?

  • The bank will not throw you into the deep end. We have planned an implementation that will include your introduction to the organization, your business unit, and the tasks.
  • The first training will last 6 months as part of the Academy of Development Power.
  • After 3 months, you will start implementing the sales plan and enter the premium system.
  • During the first month, we will show you our organizational culture and answer all your questions.
  • During the implementation period, you will start fully implementing the sales plans.
