Your tasks in this role:
- Supporting customers in choosing the best banking products and services,
- Ensuring professional service and the best experiences from visits to the branch,
- Offering and promoting banking products,
- Carrying out individual and team sales tasks, for which we award monthly premiums at an attractive level,
- Telephone and direct contact with customers,
- Building long-lasting relationships with bank customers and acquiring new ones,
- Daily handling of cash and non-cash transactions (in cash branches) and non-cash transactions,
- Working in accordance with applicable procedures and quality standards.

How is the implementation and development?
- The bank will not throw you into the deep end. We have planned an implementation that includes introducing you to the organization, your business unit, and the tasks.
- The first training will last 6 months as part of the Academy of Development Power.
- After 3 months, you will start implementing the sales plan and enter the premium system.
- During the first month, we will show you our organizational culture and answer all your questions.
- During the implementation period, you will start fully implementing sales plans.
