The Manager, Marketing Technology and Digital Products is a strategic and influential leader responsible for driving the marketing technology strategy and digital experience ecosystem at Santander Consumer USA. This role oversees the campaign orchestration platform, ensuring the effective, compliant, and timely delivery of customer and dealer communications across digital channels.
In addition to guiding marketing automation initiatives, this position leads the product management team responsible for optimizing the customer and dealer digital experience across Santander's online properties. The ideal candidate combines strategic foresight, operational discipline, and team leadership—defining the roadmap, setting standards for excellence, and ensuring all campaigns and digital experiences align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
This leader shapes the vision and execution of Santander's email, SMS, and multi-channel marketing programs, enhancing engagement and retention through personalized, data-informed communications. They will also oversee the evolution of customer- and dealer-facing digital platforms, ensuring intuitive design, accessibility, and consistent brand representation. Additionally, the Manager will lead the QA function for web deployments, championing governance, accountability, and continuous improvement within an Agile framework.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
Base Pay Range: $93,750.00 USD to $160,000.00 USD
