Your Role And Team
As an Accountmanager Broker Automotive, you are the key to strengthening our relationships, achieving our ambitious goals, and the hub between our Brokers and our operational teams. You are responsible for achieving the sales and KPIs such as profitability, conversion, interest, and commissions within the Broker channel. You follow the process from application to booking accurately, resolve incidents quickly, and contribute to process improvements. You manage and strengthen the relationships with Brokers at all levels, from executive to operational, and are the first point of contact for our Brokers with questions and challenges.
In addition, you work closely with the Partnermanager to improve and monitor our proposition. Your goal? To maximize commercial success and strengthen our market position.

You like to work together, but also dare to make independent decisions. You know how to build and maintain relationships and effortlessly switch between different levels within and outside the organization.
Your Tasks And Responsibilities In Short
- Managing Broker results based on KPIs and initiating targeted actions to improve them;
- Building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with Brokers at all levels, from executive to operational;
- Daily following up and guiding applications, quickly resolving incidents, and proposing process improvements;
- Negotiating with the Partnermanager to strengthen and monitor our proposition;
- Organizing quarterly meetings and reports with Brokers and management.
You Have
- A convincing and enthusiastic personality with a social character;
- Minimum two years of experience in account management or a similar commercial role;
- Knowledge of automotive credit applications (personal and business);
- Higher education work and thinking level;
- Good command of Dutch and English in word and writing and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- A proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
