The impact you will generate:

Santander Consumer is looking for an IT Manager (Vertical de Préstamos Prendarios) based in CABA/AMBA. The purpose of the role is to lead the strategy, execution, and technological operation associated with the products and processes of the vertical. Its main objective will be to ensure the evolution, stability, and efficiency of the solutions that support the pawn business, ensuring alignment between the business areas' needs and the bank's technological capabilities.

We are redefining the way we work through innovation, state-of-the-art technology, collaboration, and the freedom to explore new ideas. In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading the pawn vertical from IT, managing the execution of projects, the operation, and the evolution of the platforms.
• Directing and developing the teams in charge, composed of Product Owners, Technical Leaders, and QA Leads.
• Ensuring the prioritization, planning, and delivery of initiatives within the established deadlines, quality, and budget.
• Managing the relationship with Product, Commercial, Risk, Operations, and other key areas, promoting collaboration and consensus in decision-making.
• Managing and coordinating internal and external technology providers, ensuring adequate service levels and contractual compliance.
• Participating in the definition of the vertical's technological strategy, together with the Director of Systems and other IT leaders.
• Supervising the management of incidents, corrective and evolutionary maintenance, and ensuring the operational continuity of the solutions.
• Promoting the adoption of good development practices, testing, documentation, and agile project management.

The following requirements represent the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies for this position:

• Solid experience leading IT teams or managing complex projects, preferably in financial or fintech entities.
• Functional knowledge of the pawn or credit business (desirable).
• Ability to understand technological architectures, integrations, and design decisions without direct technical intervention.
• Proven experience in managing technology providers and negotiating services.
• Strong leadership capacity, effective communication, and results orientation.
• High capacity for change management, conflict resolution, and collaborative work with multiple stakeholders.
