Specialized Client Service Representative

We have a vacancy for you to become a Specialist Client Business and Service Select, where you will be assigned as a Specialist, being the main expert in your area. Here, your role will be:

• Enhance the offer of products and services to Select Store (High Income) clients;
• Assist the Select Relationship Manager;
• Act on operational demands, such as: contract operationalization, Internet Banking support, document sending, among others;
• Support in customer service;
• Instruction in client digitalization that frequent the store;
• In some stores, you may be considered to work in environments: self-service, immediate service, treasury and/or cash desk.

• CPA20 Certification – ANBIMA (but if you have CEA, even better!);
• Undergraduate Course in progress (but if you have a complete undergraduate degree or postgraduate degree, even better!);
• Experience with Office Suite;
• Knowledge of investment products;
• Experience in the High Income Physical Segment.
