The impact you will generate:

We are looking for a Gerencia Admisi贸n Y Valoraci贸n based in Corporativo Santa Fe, CDMX.

You will be responsible for the analysis and execution of the implementation of new methodologies, new projects, new models and products, BAU processes (calculations and reports), requirements of local and global regulators, and to various areas (internal and external) in specialized topics of reasonable value.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Analysis, validation, follow-up, and admission of the new financial products requested by the treasury to operate (availability of valuation models, historical series, adjustments to valuation, etc.)
  • Analysis and implementation of models within the area (reconstruction of historical series, models of inputs and valuation, etc.)
  • Analysis and validation of the results obtained from the implementation of projects associated with the calculation of adjustments to valuation and the classification of instruments at reasonable value.
  • Generation, sending of reports, monitoring of models and new products to different internal (local and global) and external (regulators, auditors, etc.) areas.
  • Elaboration, participation, and presentation in follow-up forums (e.g., collaterals, models, classification of instruments and control of market, structural, and liquidity risks).
  • Analysis and determination of the observability of market risk factors for the classification between levels of derivative financial instruments measured at reasonable value.

The following requirements represent the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies for this position.

Professional experience:

  • 1 year in Financial Risks or in mathematical, financial, and credit models (Mandatory)

Education:

  • Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related (Mandatory)

Languages:

  • Intermediate English (Desirable)

Technical skills:

  • VBA (Mandatory)
  • Python (Mandatory)
  • Matlab (Desirable)
  • R (Desirable)
  • Advanced knowledge in Derivative Financial Instruments (Mandatory)

Interpersonal skills:

  • Proactivity
