Expert Relationship Manager

Location: Częstochowa

Position: Expert Relationship Manager

Employment Type: Full time

This is an initial 7-month contract with the possibility of extending to an indefinite contract after the implementation period.

The position is located in the 1st Branch in Częstochowa, at Al. Wolności 17.

  • have over 3 years of experience in banking and sales of banking and investment products, including investment products,

  • value contact with people and build long-lasting relationships based on trust,

  • want to develop in banking and acquire new skills according to your chosen specialization in Select, Hipoteca, SMEs,

Desirable skills:

  • ability to communicate in English at a conversational level, enabling client contact and assistance in selecting appropriate banking products,

  • experience in selling investment products (including funds),

  • driver’s license category B.

Your tasks in this role:

  • meeting the more demanding needs of clients and assisting in selecting the best banking products and services,

  • providing professional service and the best experiences from branch visits,

  • offering and promoting banking products,

  • achieving individual and team sales targets, for which we provide monthly bonuses at an attractive level,

  • telephone and direct contact with clients,

We will take care of:

  • a contract of employment (initially for 7 months, with the possibility of extending to an indefinite contract after the implementation period),

  • employment in the branch (location as per the offer),

What does onboarding and development look like?

  • We won’t throw you into the deep end. We have planned an onboarding process that includes integration into the organization, your business unit, and your tasks.

  • The first training lasts 6 months as part of the Academy of Development Power.

  • After 3 months, you will start implementing the sales plan and receiving the first bonuses.

  • During the first month, we will show you our organizational culture and answer all your questions.

  • After the implementation period, you will start fully implementing sales plans.
