The impact you will generate:

Santander Tecnología is looking for an Analista Conversacional Sr to join the Virtual Assistants team of the CoE of Automation.

The purpose of the role is to design, implement, and optimize conversational experiences that provide natural, empathetic, and effective interactions to our users.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Designing conversation flows and scripts for virtual assistants and conversational AI systems.
• Collaborating with UX/CX in the customer-centered design and with Development for technical implementation.
• Performing functional tests alongside the QA team and ensuring the coherence of the experience.
• Monitoring conversational metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement, and leading optimization iterations.
• Aligning tone, style, and usability decisions with project leaders and business areas.

The following requirements represent the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies for this position:

• +3 years of experience in designing chatbots or virtual assistants.
• Knowledge of NLU/NLP and tools like Dialogflow or Lex.
• Handling of flow design tools (Figma, Miro, Visio).
• Experience in agile methodologies and interdisciplinary work.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent handling with stakeholders.

Desirable:

• Experience in AWS Lex or voice assistants.
• Basic knowledge of Python and conversational analytics.
