The impact you will generate

Santander Rio Valores is looking for an Analista Ssr. to join the Digital Broker team. The purpose of the role is to maximize the value of our products through the management of the product backlog while working together with the different IT squads to ensure time to market. Lead agile teams with the objective of achieving continuous improvement of both products and processes.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Development of investment product development roadmaps and milestones.
  • Data analysis for the evolution of digital products.
  • Establishing initiatives and aligning them with business objectives.
  • Ensuring that the product aligns with the mission and objectives of Santander.
  • Automating and optimizing settlement and agreement processes in the local and international capital markets.
  • Prioritizing together with digital product and technology areas the implementation and improvement of customer-oriented solutions.
  • Working on core solutions that support the launch of new digital products and services.
  • Ensuring compliance with current regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Participating in the automation and digitalization of operational processes, proposing improvements based on data and market best practices.

The following requirements represent the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies for this position.

Professional experience

  • Three years of prior experience as a Product Owner, business analyst, or in back office, middle office, or front office positions. (Required)

Education

  • Completed university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent in business/finance. (Required)
  • Capital Markets suitability certified by CNV (Desirable)

Languages

  • English B2 (Required)

Technical skills

  • Broad knowledge in CNV regulations for compliance with regulations and regulations. (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of investment products. (Desirable)
  • Knowledge in Data Analytics. (Desirable)
