The impact you will generate:

In our branch in Mar del Plata (Provincia de Buenos Aires) we are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Commercial) with a temporary contract (fixed term for 3 months). The purpose of the role is to support the commercial management of the branch, providing advice to customers and actively contributing to the achievement of commercial and customer satisfaction objectives.

• Supporting the branch management in terms of achieving objectives and NPS.
• Providing advice to customers.
• Meeting and collaborating with individual and branch commercial objectives.

The following requirements represent the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies for this position:

Professional experience:

• Minimum 1 year experience in similar positions (commercial role) (Mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year experience in selling intangible products (Desirable)

Education:

• Completed tertiary / university studies or advanced studies in progress (Mandatory)

Languages:

• Minimum level of English required Basic (Elementary or A-1) (Desirable)

Technical skills:

• Intermediate handling of Office tools (especially Excel) (Desirable)
• Experience in handling tools and customer databases (CRM, Salesforce, etc.) (Desirable)

Interpersonal skills:

• Proactivity and autonomy (Mandatory)
• Result orientation from your capacity for resolution and management (Mandatory)
• Empathy and closeness with customers (Mandatory)
• Relationship skills and teamwork (Mandatory)
• Flexibility to adapt to the different environments and scenarios that the business presents (Mandatory)
