Corporate Client Advisor

We are looking for a Corporate Client Advisor in Grudziadz. This position is full time.

The role includes:

  • A fixed-term contract for the first seven months, with the possibility of extending to an indefinite contract after the implementation period.
  • Stationary work in Branch 1 in Grudziadz.
  • Part of a team led by Iwona Paziewska.

    Apply if you:

    • Have a year of experience in sales and/or customer service in the financial sector.
    • Value contact with people and long-term relationships based on trust.

    • Have basic knowledge of financial analysis of companies and credit analysis.
    • Have at least a year of experience in servicing economic entities.
    • Have at least a secondary education.
    • Have analytical skills.
    • Have a valid driver’s license (Category B).
    • It is also desirable if you:

      • Have the ability to communicate in English at a level that allows you to contact foreign clients and help them choose appropriate banking products.
      • Your tasks in this role will include:

        • Presenting solutions to clients based on information from banking systems and available tools.
        • Providing information about the bank’s current product offerings and services.
        • Arranging meetings with clients to understand their business specifics.
        • Ensuring the accuracy, quality, and completeness of client data in the bank’s IT systems.
        • Systematically recording client contacts in the system.
        • Offering and promoting banking products for small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
        • We will take care of:

          • A contract for the first seven months, with the possibility of extending to an indefinite contract after the implementation period.
          • Stationary work in Branch 1 in Grudziadz.

          • How is the implementation and development process?

            • The first training will last six months as part of the Academy of Power Development.
            • After three months, you will start implementing parts of the sales plan and receiving your first bonuses.
            • During the first months, we will show you our organizational culture and answer all your questions.
            • After this period, you will fully implement your sales plans.
