The Associate, Digital Marketing serves as a Product Manager and is key contributor to the Santander US auto business digital experience team, leading customer-centric product initiatives that enhance our web platforms and deliver measurable business outcomes. This role is responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of enhancements for key digital properties.
As a cross-functional leader, the Associate, Digital Marketing collaborates with marketing strategists, UX designers, developers, and analytics teams to define and deliver innovative, compliant, and accessible digital experiences. The role bridges business objectives and technical solutions, ensuring that every enhancement aligns with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and Santander's broader digital strategy.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
Minimum: $75,000.00 USD
Maximum: $130,000.00 USD
