The impact you will generate:

In our Necochea Branch, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Commercial) with a Temporary Contract (Fixed Term for 3 months).

The purpose of the role is to support the commercial management of the Branch, providing advice to customers and actively contributing to the achievement of commercial and customer satisfaction objectives.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the management of the branch in terms of achieving objectives and NPS.
• Providing advice to customers.
• Meeting and collaborating with individual and branch commercial objectives.

The following requirements represent the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies for this position:

Professional experience:

• Minimum 1 year experience in similar roles (commercial role) (Mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year experience in selling intangible products (Desirable)

Education:

• Completed tertiary / university studies or advanced studies in progress (Mandatory)

Languages:

• Minimum level of English required Basic (Elementary or A-1) (Desirable)

Technical skills (Hard skills):

• Intermediate handling of Office tools (especially Excel) (Desirable)
• Experience in handling tools and customer databases (CRM, Salesforce, etc.) (Desirable)

Interpersonal skills (Soft skills):

• Proactivity and autonomy (Mandatory)
• Result-oriented approach from your capacity for resolution and management (Mandatory)
• Empathy and closeness with customers (Mandatory)
• Relationship skills and teamwork (Mandatory)
• Flexibility to adapt to the different environments and scenarios that the business presents (Mandatory)
