We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team in Legnica. This role offers a fixed-term contract for the first seven months, with the possibility of transitioning to an indefinite contract thereafter. You will work in our 1st Branch in Legnica, located at ul. Gwarna 4A, under the leadership of Katarzyna Lubieniecka.

Apply if you:

  • Have a higher education degree
  • Have over three years of experience in banking and selling banking and investment products, including investment products
  • Value human interaction and building long-term trust-based relationships

  • Feel comfortable working both independently and in a team
  • Want to develop in banking and acquire new skills in your chosen specialization, such as Select, Hipoteka, SMEs

Desirable skills include:

  • Ability to communicate in English at a conversational level, enabling contact with foreign clients and assistance in selecting appropriate banking products
  • Experience in selling investment products (including funds)
  • Driver's license category B

Your tasks in this role will include:

  • Meeting the more demanding needs of clients and assisting in selecting the best banking products and services
  • Providing professional service and the best possible experiences during branch visits
  • Offering and promoting banking products
  • Achieving individual and team sales targets, for which we provide monthly attractive bonuses
  • Engaging in telephone and direct client contact

We will take care of:

  • A contract of employment (initially for seven months, with the possibility of transitioning to an indefinite contract thereafter)

  • What is our onboarding process like?

    • We won't throw you into the deep end. We have planned an onboarding process that includes integration into the organization, your business unit, and your tasks.
    • The first training lasts six months within the Academy of Development Potential.
    • After three months, you will start implementing your sales plan and receiving your first bonuses.
    • During the first month, we will introduce you to our organizational culture and answer any questions you may have.
    • After the onboarding period, you will fully implement your sales plans.
