The impact you will generate

Santander Technology is looking for an Analista Conversacional SSR to join the Virtual Assistants team within the CoE of AI.

The purpose of the role is to actively participate in the design and maintenance of conversational flows of the bank's virtual assistants. You will be responsible for implementing continuous improvements based on metrics and user feedback, ensuring a consistent and quality experience.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Design and update conversational flows under the supervision of the senior team.
• Collaborate with Development and QA for the technical and functional validation of dialogues.
• Apply brand tone and voice guidelines in interactions.
• Document the flows and maintain the traceability of changes.
• Analyze basic performance metrics to propose adjustments.

The following requirements represent the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies for this position.

Exclusive professional experience

• +2 years of experience in designing virtual assistants or chatbots.
• Knowledge of NLU platforms (Dialogflow, Lex, IBM Watson, etc.).
• Ability to work in agile and collaborative environments.
• Proficiency in visual tools for flow modeling.

Desirable

• Familiarity with Python, Power BI or analytics tools.
• Experience in functional testing or UX writing.
