The impact you will generate:

We are looking for a Risk Management professional based in Corporate Santa Fe, CDMX.

You will identify, assess, control, and monitor risks that are not directly related to financial losses from market, credit, or liquidity operations but can significantly affect the operation, reputation, or regulatory compliance of an organization.

In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the implementation of the Group's Internal Control and Risk Model.
  • Validating the effectiveness of the design and execution of controls.
  • Supporting the follow-up of RCSA Certification (Convergence) and compliance dates.
  • Follow-up with auditors.
  • Ensuring the implementation of local and international regulations affecting financial statements.
  • Review of Risk Matrices and control in the matter of New products and services.

The following requirements represent the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies for this position.

Professional experience:

  • 2 years in Internal Control (Mandatory)

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields (Mandatory)

Languages:

  • Intermediate English (Mandatory)

Technical skills:

  • Office (Mandatory)
  • Power BI (Desirable)

Interpersonal skills:

  • Attention to detail
  • Information analysis
  • Problem solving
  • Results-oriented
