The impact you will generate:

Santander Technology is looking for a SSR QA Automation based in Buenos Aires to join the virtual assistants team of the AI CoE.

The purpose of the role is to automate tests, detect incidents, and ensure the functional and conversational quality of digital products. Participating in the functional and technical validation of the bank's virtual agents and their integrations with cloud systems.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Design and execute automated test cases on interfaces, APIs, and conversational models.
• Implement testing scripts in continuous integration pipelines.
• Analyze logs, test results, and report defects clearly and prioritized.
• Collaborate with development and product for the resolution of findings.
• Participate in the definition of acceptance criteria and quality metrics.
• Contribute to technical documentation and maintenance of test suites.

The following requirements represent the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies for this position:

• +2 years of experience in QA or QA Automation.
• Knowledge in automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Postman, etc.).
• Familiarity with testing APIs, REST services, databases, and cloud environments.
• Experience in agile environments and handling of management tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Basic knowledge of virtual agents or NLP (Lex, Dialogflow, Rasa).

Desirable:

• Experience with MongoDB, Redis, and SQL.
• Knowledge in cloud automation and API integration.
• Interest in generative AI and AI-driven test frameworks.
• Participation in performance testing or data pipeline validation.
