Your tasks

Identify needs: Conduct demand and potential analyses as part of our consulting approach, always oriented towards the individual life situation of our customers/interested parties

Advise people: Advise an existing customer base and acquire new customers for one or more of these product areas: loans, current accounts, cards, and savings

Enthuse customers: Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, including independent customer scheduling and placement of individually suitable additional products

Live risk culture: Continuously develop and maintain a sense of responsibility in the proactive handling of risks within the bank

Your profile

Know the right thing: Commercial training, preferably in the banking sector, e.g., as a banker, or a comparable qualification

Do the important things: Know-how and experience in one or more of the aforementioned product areas or the willingness to work in these areas

Bring the necessary things: Enjoy strong teamwork, close customer contact, and professional service

Have something special: A sense for people and their needs, combined with talent and passion for sales – with everything that comes with it: consulting with demand analysis, recommendation, and conclusion as well as care
