THE IMPACT YOU WILL GENERATE

We are looking for a Funnel Lead based in Santa Fe.

Objective: Responsible for leading the multidisciplinary Funnel team in its specific segment or set of products or services, designing and optimizing the online activation, engagement, retention, and ascension journeys in digital channels (app and web), through the use of advanced analytics, agile methodologies, and UX, as well as continuous improvement practices, with the purpose of maximizing digital conversion, reducing abandonment in online journeys, and ensuring the fulfillment of the bank’s established digital KPIs.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Define the strategy for optimizing digital funnels, establishing the vision and roadmap for optimizing the bank’s main digital flows.
  • Prioritize the points of greatest impact on the business and based on this, define which experiments or redesigns should be addressed first.
  • Coordinate with the Funnel team, the development of improvements in digital journeys, from the definition of the hypotheses of improvement, the definition of variables to be tested, the design of structured and measurable experiments, the selection of testing methodologies, configuration of the testing tools; until their clear documentation to ensure that they have a tangible impact on the KPIs.
  • Manage the implementation of improvements in digital journeys in coordination with internal teams (CX, UX/UI, IT, Product, BEco, Communication, among others).
  • Monitor key digital performance metrics, through various indicators such as conversion, abandonment, flow time, and ROI, through dashboards, advanced analytics tools, and follow-up sessions.

The following requirements represent the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies for this position.

Professional Experience of 5 Years in:

  • Optimization of Digital Journeys: Experience in the design, implementation, and improvement of digital acquisition funnels.
  • Design and Execution of Digital Tests: Execution of controlled experiments (A/B testing, multivariado, cohorts, user testing) to validate hypotheses and improve conversion metrics.
  • Analytics and Digital Performance Metrics: Advanced use of analytics and digital optimization tools (e.g., Adobe Target, Appsflyer, Tealeaf, Google Analytics).
  • Behavioral Economics and Design Thinking Methodologies: Application of principles of behavioral psychology and user-centered design in digital journeys to increase conversion and retention.
  • Cross-functional Work and Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Coordination with marketing, product, technology, operations, and compliance squads to implement digital improvements.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Marketing, Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields.

  • Desirable: Master’s Degree in Administration, Marketing or Digital Transformation.

  • Certifications in agile management (Scrum Master, SAFe, Kanban, etc.)

Languages:

  • Intermediate English (Advanced desirable)
