BRA Product Sr Head (CS)
We are seeking a senior professional to lead the Investment Products and Technology area, replacing one of the organization's key executives. This is a strategic and confidential position, with an official opening to the team expected within the next two weeks.
This leader will be responsible for bridging business and technology areas, ensuring the execution of robust, innovative, and customer-centric investment products. The role will be cross-functional, with strong interaction with F1RST (technology division), product approval committees, and key integration projects such as Prisma (integration with Toro Investimentos).
Responsibilities
Lead the bank's investment product strategy and execution.
Act as a bridge between business and technology areas, defining and prioritizing deliverables.
Drive local projects and strategic initiatives, such as the integration of Toro into the bank's ecosystem.
Participate in product approval committees and Capex decisions.
Promote digital transformation with a focus on digital channels and customer experience.
Ensure the delivery of innovative and scalable solutions, with a full-bank perspective (not limited to brokerage).
Represent the area in regulatory and market forums, when necessary.

Solid experience in investments, with deep knowledge of the market
Background in digital channels, with a track record of boosting sales and digital engagement.
Strategic vision and customer focus, with the ability to drive change and generate impact.
Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams (100+ people).
Resilient, open-minded, and provocative profile, with strong skills to navigate complex environments.
Languages: Fluent Portuguese and English or Spanish
