The impact you will generate

Santander Technology is looking for a Conversational Analyst Jr based in Buenos Aires.

The purpose of the role is to participate in the design of user experiences and conversational technology. You will collaborate in the creation, documentation, and testing of flows for the bank's Virtual Agents, learning from an interdisciplinary team.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Assist in the design of conversational flows guided by senior analysts.
• Write and review conversation scripts according to brand tone and voice guidelines.
• Document iterations and testing results.
• Participate in validation sessions with QA, UX, and development.
• Keep updated the repository of intents, entities, and responses within conversational platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Lex, Genesys, or similar).

The following requirements represent the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies for this position.

Professional experience:

• +1 year of experience working in chatbot projects, UX writing, functional documentation, or QA of conversational flows. (mandatory)
• Experience in agile projects or digital product environments. (desirable)
• Experience with conversational platforms (Dialogflow, Genesys Cloud, AWS). (desirable)

Education:

• Students in careers in communication, linguistics, systems engineering, or related fields. (desirable)

Languages:

• Intermediate English (B1 – B2). (desirable)

Technical skills:

• Knowledge of diagramming tools (Miro, Figma, Lucidchart). (mandatory)
• Interest in conversational AI and user-centered design. (mandatory)
• Introductory knowledge of NLU/NLP | AI. (desirable)
• Experience in testing or functional documentation. (desirable)
