Corporate Client Advisor

We are looking for a Corporate Client Advisor in Lublin. This position offers a fixed-term contract for the first seven months, with the possibility of converting to an indefinite contract afterward. The role is based at our 5th Branch in Lublin, located at Tomasza Zana 39A. The team leader for this role is Anna Siegieda.

Apply if you:

  • Have one year of experience in sales or client service in the financial sector.
  • Value human contact and long-term relationships based on trust.
  • Enjoy working in a team and achieving common goals.
  • Have basic knowledge of financial analysis and credit analysis.
  • Have at least one year of experience in servicing business entities.
  • Have at least a secondary education.
  • Have analytical skills.

Desirable skills:

  • Ability to communicate in English at a communicative level, allowing for contact with foreign clients and assistance in selecting appropriate banking products.
  • Driver's license category B.
  • Your tasks in this role:

    • Presenting solutions to clients based on information from banking systems and available tools.
    • Providing information about the bank's current product and service offerings.
    • Scheduling meetings at clients' headquarters to understand their business specifics.
    • Ensuring the accuracy, quality, and completeness of client data in the bank's IT systems.
    • Continuously registering client contacts in the system.
    • Offering and promoting banking products for small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

    We will take care of:

    • A fixed-term contract for the first seven months, with the possibility of converting to an indefinite contract afterward.

    What does the onboarding and development look like?

    • We won't throw you in at the deep end. We have planned an onboarding process that includes an introduction to the organization, your business unit, and your tasks.
    • The first training will last six months as part of the Academy of Development Power.
    • After three months, you will start implementing parts of the sales plan and receiving your first bonuses.
    • During the first few months, we will show you our organizational culture and answer any questions.
    • After this period, you will fully implement your sales plans.
