Your tasks:
Identify needs: Conduct demand and potential analysis as part of our consulting approach, always oriented around the individual life situation of our clients/interested parties.
Advise people: Advise an existing customer base and acquire new customers for one or more of these product areas: loans, current accounts, cards, and savings.
Enthuse customers: Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, including independent customer scheduling and placement of individually suitable additional products.
Live risk culture: Continuously develop and maintain a sense of responsibility in the proactive management of risks within the bank.
Your profile:
Know the right thing: Commercial training, preferably in the banking sector, e.g., as a bank clerk, or a comparable qualification.
Do the important things: Know-how and experience in one or more of the aforementioned product areas or the willingness to work in these areas.
Bring the necessary things: Enjoy strong teamwork, close customer contact, and professional service.
Have the special things: A sense for people and their needs, combined with talent and passion for sales – including consulting with demand analysis, recommendation, and conclusion, as well as care.
