Corporate Client Advisor
We are looking for a Corporate Client Advisor in Nowogrodziec. This is a full-time position.
The role includes:
- Employment contract for the first 7 months, with the possibility of extending to an indefinite contract after the implementation period.
- Stationary work in Branch 1 in Nowogrodziec, Kościelna 17.
- Leadership by Sebastian Bober.

Apply if you:
- Have a year of experience in sales and/or client service in the financial sector.
- Value contact with people and long-term relationships based on trust.

- Have basic knowledge of financial analysis of companies and credit analysis.
- Have at least a year of experience in servicing business entities.
- Have at least a secondary education.
- Have analytical skills.
- Have a driver's license category B.
It is also desirable if you:
- Can communicate in English at a communicative level, enabling contact with foreign clients and assistance in selecting appropriate banking products.
Your tasks in this role will include:
- Presenting solutions to clients based on information from banking systems and using available tools.
- Providing information on the current offer of banking products and services.
- Arranging meetings with clients to understand the specifics of their business.
- Ensuring the accuracy, quality, and completeness of client data in banking information systems.
- Regularly registering client contacts in the system.
- Offering and promoting banking products for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

How is the implementation and development?
- We won’t throw you in at the deep end. We have planned an implementation that will include an introduction to the organization, your business unit, and your tasks.
- The first training will last 6 months as part of the Academy of Power Development.
- After 3 months, you will start implementing part of the sales plan and receiving the first bonuses.
During the first months, we will show you our organizational culture and answer all your questions. After this period, you will fully implement the sales plans.
