Senior Client Relationship Specialist - 69 Branch in Warsaw (Ursynów)

Desirable if you have:

  • Experience in selling investment products (including funds),

Your tasks in this role:

  • Supporting clients with more demanding needs in choosing the best banking products and services,
  • Providing professional service and the best experiences from visits to the branch,
  • Active work between bank units (leading and cross-segment client focus),
  • Offering and promoting banking products,
  • Carrying out individual and team sales tasks, for which we award monthly premiums at an attractive level,
  • Telephone and direct contact with clients,
  • Building long-term relationships with bank customers and acquiring new ones,
  • Daily handling of cash and non-cash transactions in the department,
  • Working in accordance with applicable procedures and standards in all distribution channels.

How is the implementation and development?

  • The bank will not throw you into the deep end. We have planned an implementation that includes introduction to the organization, your business unit, and tasks.
  • The first training will last 6 months as part of the Academy of Power Development.
  • After 3 months, you will start implementing your sales plan and receiving the first premiums.
  • During the first month, we will show you our organizational culture and answer any questions.
  • After the implementation period, you will start fully implementing sales plans.
