Expert Relationship With Client

To have on bank:

  • Contract employment (first for 7 months, after the implementation period the possibility of concluding a contract for an indefinite period),

  • You have over 3 years of experience in banking and sales of banking and investment products, including investment products ,

Desirable if you have:

  • Experience in selling investment products (including funds) ,
  • Driving license category B .

Your tasks in this role:

  • Meeting the more demanding needs of the client and supporting them in choosing the best banking products and services,
  • Providing professional service and the best experiences from visits to the branch,
  • Offering and promoting banking products,
  • Carrying out individual and team sales tasks, for which we award monthly bonuses at an attractive level,
  • Telephone and direct contact with customers ,

Building long-term relationships with customers and acquiring new ones,

Working in accordance with applicable procedures and standards and carried out in all distribution channels .

How will the implementation and development look like?

  • On bank we will not throw you into the deep end. We have planned an implementation that will include your introduction to the organization, your business unit, and tasks.
  • The first training will last 6 months as part of the Academy of Power Development.
  • After 3 months you will start implementing your sales plan and receiving your first bonuses.
  • During the first month we will show you our organizational culture and answer all your questions.
  • After the implementation period, you will start fully implementing your sales plans.
