THE IMPACT YOU WILL GENERATE

Banco Santander Mexico is looking for a select executive based in Merida Yucatan.

OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Plan monthly management activities, prioritizing objectives to achieve optimal labor time performance, to meet the commercial rhythms established by the institution to ensure monthly and quarterly budgets.

Professional Experience

• 2 years in similar positions

Education

• Bachelor's degrees in economic-administrative areas

Technical Skills

• Counting, detection of counterfeit bills, and money reconciliation.
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Accounts, cards, deposits, withdrawals, investments, etc.
• Domination of banking systems and internal platforms
• Use of systems like Bansefi, internal Santander applications, basic Excel, and transactional systems.
• Regulatory compliance and internal policies
• Knowledge of regulations such as PLD (Prevention of Money Laundering) and data confidentiality.
• Customer service and attention processes
• Cash opening and closing, shift management, and window attention.
• Basic handling of digital tools
• Use of corporate email, intranet, registration, and consultation tools.
• Banking security and operations control
• Procedures for unusual or suspicious operations.
• Daily operations report and reconciliation.
• Preparation of end-of-day reports and document control.
