Your tasks:

• Identify needs: Conduct demand and potential analyses as part of our consulting approach, always oriented to the individual life situation of our customers/interested parties
• Advise people: Advise an existing customer base and acquire new customers for one or more of these product areas: loans, current accounts, cards, and savings
• Enthuse customers: Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, including through independent customer scheduling and placement of individually suitable additional products
• Live risk culture: Continuously develop and maintain a sense of responsibility in the proactive handling of risks within the bank

Your profile:

• Know the right thing: Commercial training, preferably in the banking sector, e.g. as a banker, or a comparable qualification
• Do what’s important: Know-how and experience in one or more of the aforementioned product areas or the willingness to work in these areas
• Bring the necessary: Enjoy strong teamwork, close customer contact, and professional service
• Have something special: A sense for people and their needs, combined with talent and passion for sales – with everything that goes along with it: consulting with demand analysis, recommendation and conclusion as well as care
