The impact you will generate

We are looking for a Subdirector Fondos de Inversión, based in CDMX.

We are redefining the way we work through innovation, the latest generation technology, collaboration, and the freedom to explore new ideas.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Promotion and marketing of investment funds. Boosting SAM products in the regional offices of Retail Banking.
• Ensuring the launch and proper communication of new funds, guaranteeing the appropriate understanding and advice to clients.
• Leading strategies to attract new customers and increase the participation of existing ones in investment funds.
• High-value client attention and advice. Providing support to commercial managers in the attention of TOP clients, designing investment portfolios tailored to their needs.
• Directly attending to Santander Black and sophisticated clients, ensuring a differentiated and quality service.
• Regional strategy and management. Coordinating with zonal and high-rent directors to implement regional investment strategies.
• Acting as a liaison between SAM and the Regional Directorate, generating a two-way communication that allows identifying needs, reacting to competition, and strengthening the value proposition.
• Actively integrating into CORAS, regional committees, morning meetings, and client visits, adding value with technical and market knowledge.
• Positioning the funds as a key tool within the financial advisory of the clients.
• Designing and implementing specialized investment training programs for commercial teams.
• Ensuring that training is supported by SAM and focused on differentiating advice from the competition.
• Supporting the appropriate profiling of clients in the region.
• Leading commercial teams in the correct advice and marketing of investment funds.
• Transmitting technical knowledge and skills so that teams achieve outstanding performance in the sale and advice of funds.
• Conducting coaching and fostering the development of skills of managers, increasing the penetration of funds in the regional portfolio and optimizing profitability through the product mix.

Professional experience

• Experience attending high-value clients, offering comprehensive advice on savings, investment, credit, and patrimonial solutions products.
• Investment advice (funds, fixed/variable income, structured), consumer and mortgage credits
• Management of teams with high commercial results.
• Knowledge in credit, financial and accounting analysis.
• Transmitting the necessary technical knowledge and skills to the commercial team.

Education

• Completed bachelor's degree in Economic Administrative areas (Accounting, Finance, Administration)
