The difference you make:
Santander CIB is looking for a DERIVATIVES ADMISSION SPECIALIST based out of Boadilla (Madrid). We're shaping the way we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration, and the freedom to explore new ideas. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:
- Analyze new derivatives admission proposals from CCR and market risk perspective
- Analyze ISDA& CSA admission for corporates clients, giving a product opinion
- Analyze new products, tenor or underlying approval
- Analyze market risk limits approval
- Monitoring of the main product activities
- Define and implement product risk frameworks
- Relevant role in implementing new products for the new business initiatives
- Upgrade the current tools to evaluate and measure the different risk metrics (PFE, profitability, XVA...)

Professional Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience (Required)
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineer, Physics, Maths. (Required)
Languages:
- Fluent English (Required)
Hard Skills:
- Product expertise in Equity and Commodities derivatives (Required)
- Advanced knowledge of financial markets, treasury products, Python, VBA (Required)
- Counterparty Credit Risk Model and Valuation knowledge (Required)
- Market Risk Model and Valuation knowledge (Required)
