The impact you will generate

We are looking for a Legal Commercial Executive based in OFNA REFORMA 490 CDMX

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Obtain testimonies from mortgage credits, requesting them from internal archives and/or external managers.
• Initiate the judicial recovery process for mortgage credits.
• Manage with the portfolio operation area or authorized public accountants, the preparation of accounting certificates.
• Control, review, and supervise the agreed-upon times to initiate legal actions for the recovery of mortgage credits.
• Monitor and comply with the area's policies regarding the initiation and legal action times, by turning and sending the necessary documents to the external lawyer to start the recovery lawsuit against our debtor.

Professional experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in related activities (mandatory)

• Bachelor's degree in Law (mandatory)

Languages

• Intermediate English (desirable)

Interpersonal skills

Data analysis, oral and written communication, planning, organization, adaptability, teamwork.
