The impact you will generate

We are looking for a Branch Cashier based in Álvaro Obregón. We are redefining the way we work through innovation, the latest technology, collaboration, and the freedom to explore new ideas.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Being the first contact of our customers in the branch, ensuring quality service and generating a unique self-service and digital experience.
  • Being a Digital Promoter, with the objective of: Receiving, inquiring about the operation to be carried out, and profiling customers/non-customers.
  • Advising on the bank's traditional and digital products.
  • Deriving operations to alternative channels (supermobile, superwallet, supernet, Superlinea, ATMs, multi-ATMs, correspondents).
  • Linking customers through the subscription of digital products such as credit cards and portability, as well as supporting immediate operations such as sending statements, updating notification methods, and delivering personalized cards.

Professional experience

  • Desirable experience in promotion and sales of financial products and services
  • Passion for sales
  • Excellent customer service and high results orientation

Education

  • Bachelor's degree (desirable) in Economic-Administrative or related fields

Languages

  • Spanish

Technical skills

  • Point of sale system management
  • Bill detection

Interpersonal skills

  • Dynamic and interested in your professional development
