The Difference You Make:

The Consumer and Small Business Deposit Pricing Team provides analysis and strategy around deposit pricing using a combination of internal analytics and competitive intelligence to focus on driving growth and profitability. The Pricing Associate will contribute to the team by analyzing portfolio and industry trends, creating and maintaining reporting, implementing pricing strategies and changes, and partnering with key teams like Finance, Product, Data Science, and Operations to manage support growth, profitability, and risk objectives.

  • Provide detailed quantitative analyses of portfolio, industry, and economic trends to identify opportunities to improve growth or profitability and mitigate risk.
  • Develop and maintain internal reporting to assist in management control activities.
  • Prepare and present materials for pricing committee and other executive forums.
  • Execute and analyze impact of pricing changes, strategies, and tactics
  • Manage aspects of rate change opportunity vetting and forecasting, including but not limited to business case and stakeholder impact assessment development from proposed new fees/services and/or rate modifications.
  • Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of pricing methods, policies, processes, procedures, or techniques
  • Work within cross-functional team and product/service owners to develop pricing for new products and services.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Business, Finance or equivalent field. Required.
  • 9+ Years experience with financial pricing, financial modeling, and/or marketing analytics; Ideal candidates will have both strategic and tactical abilities and strong knowledge of banking product financials; experience with deposit industry data a plus Required.
  • Overall proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint); Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience utilizing advanced analytics to drive decision-making. Experience with SAS, SQL, Tableau or Python preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, including strong ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems
  • Detail oriented, self-starter, takes initiative, independent worker, surfaces and escalates issues or concerns effectively
  • Ability to form strong partnerships with key stakeholders and work with them on initiatives; hold accountable when needed
  • Stays current with industry and regulatory trends and emerging risk issue; maintains good understanding of current market and competitive landscape

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Minimum: $90,000.00 USD Maximum: $155,000.00 USD
