As part of the further expansion of our captive business, we are looking for a project manager for B2B marketing with a focus on captive management to support our captive marketing team.
You will be responsible for a part of the B2B captive marketing for the mobility sector in coordination with your supervisor and your sales contacts.
You will assist with the onboarding and integration of new captives from a marketing perspective.
You will be responsible for the B2B marketing-related support and development of international captive partners.
You will be responsible for the conception and implementation of target group-specific marketing and communication measures along the marketing mix of the entire customer journey.
You will manage and coordinate marketing activities in close cooperation with captives, sales, and internal and external interfaces (agencies).
You will ensure a consistent brand and communication strategy across all captives.
You will analyze relevant KPIs and derive optimization measures in the B2B marketing context.
You will coordinate and implement campaign-related and operational marketing issues.
Completed degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or similar
Several years of professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the financial services or captive environment
Proven experience in managing marketing activities with external partners/international units
Very good understanding of B2B customer journeys, campaign management, and KPI-based optimization
Experience in complex organizational structures and interface management
High degree of independence, structured working method, and strong communication skills
