Your Responsibilities

• Responsibility and management of operational sales and marketing processes as well as development of sales programs, products and processes as well as internal and external trainings
• Development and achievement of business goals
• Leadership and development of the MCE sales outside service
• Cooperation with the head of MCE as well as all relevant functional areas
• Representation of the bank at events
• Negotiation with MCE dealers

Your Profile

• University degree or commercial training with many years of experience in a comparable position
• Many years of experience in the field of automotive financial services
• Experience in working with car manufacturers
• Experience in personnel responsibility, leading a sales outside service
• Very good knowledge in sales and dealer financing
• Very good communication skills and negotiating skills
• Very high level of initiative and time flexibility
• Excellent numerical and analytical understanding
• Very good English skills in speech and writing
