Your Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the independent coordination with insurance partners, particularly in the expansion of the dealer business in the segments of KfZ insurance, trade-craftsmanship, property insurance, as well as occupational pension schemes and occupational health insurance.
  • You will negotiate terms and prices independently with managing directors and signatories of the respective partners and expand the product range in accordance with group guidelines.
  • You will take on strategic projects at national and international levels and have nationwide responsibility for the business field.
  • You will coordinate the cooperation between internal departments and external partners and resolve any issues independently or in consultation with the respective departments.
  • You will demonstrate comprehensive knowledge in the field of insurance and banking and can explain this knowledge clearly and convincingly to internal and external trade partners, as well as cooperation partners.
  • You will conduct market and competition analyses for the development and adjustment of products and coordinate the development of insurance-specific sales activities, such as measures to improve customer loyalty.
  • You will be responsible for the preparation, conduct, and follow-up of management meetings (also at European level) as well as the creation of (complex) analyses.

Your Profile

  • You have a business administration degree with at least 10 years of intensive experience in the insurance and banking environment and relevant experience in consulting/consulting firms and in team management.
  • Experience in implementing projects, particularly in the international environment with insurance-related focus.
  • Knowledge in the automotive or mobility-related environment or in the sales of a branch bank or an insurance company.
  • Experience in the sales of insurance products and in the field of risk management solutions for trade and crafts.
  • Positive and professional appearance as well as the ability to communicate information clearly, transparently, and target-group-appropriately on all levels.
  • Strong sales- and customer-oriented as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting.
  • Analytical and structured working method.
  • Negotiating-secure German and English language skills.
  • High willingness to commit as well as a high degree of initiative, proactivity, and self-reliance.
  • Willingness to travel, also internationally.
  • Profound knowledge in the use of MS-Office products and knowledge of common banking systems.
