Your responsibilities:
Independently planning, implementing, and analyzing the effectiveness of online and offline marketing campaigns (including social media, email marketing, lead campaigns, video content, digital activities).
Co-creating marketing strategies with Business Managers for key markets and customer segments.
Coordinating project teams (digital, content, sales, promotions) and collaborating with external agencies.
Creating campaign schedules and managing project tasks.
Managing marketing budgets and controlling project costs.
Monitoring campaign results, reporting on effectiveness, and optimizing activities based on data.
Ensuring communication and visual consistency in line with brand identity and company strategic direction.
Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Defining and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
Our requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, including independently leading campaigns and projects.
Experience in running multichannel campaigns (online + offline).
Practical knowledge of analytical and marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Piwik, CRM systems).
Ability to manage budget and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Trello, Asana, Jira).
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactivity, energy, and the ability to work quickly.
Ability to collaborate with teams of diverse competencies.
Experience in the following sectors is desirable: ed-tech, media & entertainment, creative agencies, start-ups, or consumer goods.
