Manager, Client Service & Operations

Jennifer Fukumae with Robert Half's Finance & Accounting Division is partnering with a well-established wealth advisory firm that provides personalized financial management services to individuals, families, and institutional clients. The firm is seeking a Manager, Client Service & Operations to lead a team of five professionals across Client Service, Operations, and Trading. This individual will play a key role in ensuring that all client and firm activities are executed with accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance, while continuously improving operational processes and supporting the firm's overall growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional who enjoys managing people, driving efficiency, and maintaining a strong client focus in a dynamic wealth management environment.

Requirements:

  • Lead and mentor a team of five professionals across Client Service, Operations, and Trading.
  • Oversee daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.
  • Collaborate with custodians and external data providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Evaluate Advisor requests across multiple offices and allocate team resources effectively.
  • Partner with the Director of Operations to refine and implement processes for client onboarding, performance reporting, and transaction reconciliation.

What We're Looking For:

  • 7+ years of experience in Client Service and/or Operations within an RIA or wealth management firm.
  • Proven managerial experience with a strong ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting directly with high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Black Diamond, and/or Addepar strongly preferred.
