About the Role

As an Associate in the Client Services Accounting team, you'll play a vital role in delivering accurate, timely, and confidential financial support. You'll manage day-to-day transactions, prepare financial reports, and partner with internal teams to provide comprehensive insights and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute core accounting functions including accounts payable, reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Prepare quarterly financial statements and cash forecasts.
  • Analyze bank, brokerage, credit card, and other balance sheet accounts.
  • Review investment valuations, loans, and other financial data for reporting.
  • Interface directly with clients, estate managers, and vendors to manage payments and respond to inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on client reporting and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or Master's preferred. 3–5+ years of experience in accounting operations, preferably with trusts, LLCs, or real property. Proficiency in Sage Intacct, Bill.com, and Excel (power user level). Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and exercise sound judgment. High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
