Why This Role Matters As an Associate in the Client Services Accounting team, you'll be a key contributor to the delivery of exceptional financial support. You'll manage day-to-day transactions, prepare detailed financial reports, and collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service. What You'll Do

  • Execute core accounting functions including accounts payable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare journal entries, cash forecasts, and quarterly financial statements.
  • Analyze and reconcile bank, brokerage, and credit card accounts.
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver integrated financial insights and reporting.
  • Communicate directly with clients, estate managers, and vendors to manage payments and reporting requests.
  • Support the accounting of real property, investments, and asset transfers.

Requirements What You Bring
