Join new TOC - technical operations center team that is being built to provide enterprise monitoring and network incident mgmt and troubleshooting.
The Associate Network Engineer provides network support and troubleshooting for Sanford Health's local area and wide area network infrastructure to ensure reliable, secure, high performance data, video, and voice communications. This position support the technical operations center (TOC) providing overall network incident management for the enterprise. Experience in basic switching, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and physical cabling standards/practices required. Experience with network troubleshooting tools and methodologies a plus. Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and network hardware and software configuration and troubleshooting required.
Associate's Degree in a networking, computer science, information systems, or related technology field. Two years of equivalent work experience may be substituted for education. When applicable, may need a valid driver's license. If valid driver's license is required, must maintain a good driving record.
